MUSIC & MEMORIES OF THE 30s & 40s: We'll Meet Again - Memories of the War Years

LISTEN HERE

In the late 90s, RD UK were looking for another series to follow up the hugely successful SOUNDS OF THE SIXTIES, and the newly launched SOUNDS OF THE FIFTIES and SOUNDS OF THE 70s series. Obviously SOUNDS OF THE 30s & 40s, was the obvious next step for them. For some reason, this title failed in research, and so the softer sounding MUSC & MEMORIES OF THE 30s & 40s was used.
