THE GOLDEN AGE OF ROCK'N'ROLL - 1960

After the success of the two classical series; FAVOURITES FROM THE CLASSICS and THE WORLD'S MOST BEAUTIFUL MELODIES, and the easy listening based TIMELESS FAVOURITES, RD decided to try a 'pop' based series, and from the research, it was decided that that series would be THE GOLDEN AGE OF ROCK 'N' ROLL. This series was to be the most successful of all the series in the UK in terms of sales, and ran for 13 volumes.
